Information Regarding AB 474
During its 2017 session, the Nevada Legislature approved and Gov. Brian Sandoval subsequently signed into law Assembly Bill 474. As part of the bill, the Board of Health adopted regulations that require reporting of drug overdoses by physicians, physician assistants, nurses, and veterinarians to the State’s Chief Medical Officer, Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention(nv.gov).
